Customization process
1. Let's get in touch
All great projects start with communication, you can contact us through the information at the bottom of the website
2. The design you want
We work according to your specification sheet (technical package) or samples. You are also welcome to send us clothing samples. Based on your design information, we will provide a quotation so that you know the cost from the beginning.
3. Determine the fabric
We will purchase fabrics and accessories for each order and send pictures to you for confirmation. We can also send you fabric samples and accessories samples so that you can choose the right material based on its look and feel.
4. Custom samples
For each design you order, we will make production samples. Samples (usually 3-7 days ready) will be sent pictures first, and then mailed to you for your detailed review of the details.
5. Advance payment of 100%
If your product is customized or requires special materials or processes, advance payment can help us start customized production immediately, avoid production delays due to funding issues, and ensure that you can get unique products in a timely manner.
6. Mass production
Once you confirm the order, we can start mass production. It usually takes 30-35 days, but it may vary depending on the order volume. We will sign a contract with you before we start production.
7. Packaging and shipment
Each of our clothes is individually packaged, and the packaging can be customized with your brand logo. Depending on the quantity, we ship the goods by sea, air or express parcel. We will provide a tracking number so that you can know the delivery date.
